Overkill is your first choice for the base perk. You can equip an SMG to help you combat any close-quarter
engagement. Overkill replaces your secondary weapon with a primary weapon so you can run big guns in both slots. Arguably the most popular pick in this game
The second pick could be either Double-Time or Battle-Hardened. Double time provides you with double the duration of the tactical sprint along with a quick boost in crouch walking speed.

You gain a huge advantage, and thus, it makes it easier for you to close the gap between you and your enemies without them ever suspecting.
It is also a useful perk if you ever want to escape a firefight. A flashbang would be nice in this scenario which also leads us to the next question. What equipment should you use? lethal and tactical.
You can go with a Flash grenade, and a Semtex, with this combo you can get a free kill, and you can flush out campers.
How To Unlock MCPR-300 In Modern Warfare 2
The best part of getting this sniper is that it’s free for everyone from the start. You don’t have to grind and unlock weapons platforms or acquire receivers.
It is unlocked from the beginning, and you need to reach level 4 to open up custom loadouts and attachments
