The PDWS 528 is notorious for its recoil, and to mitigate that, and I have chosen the Spiral V3.5 Flash Holder as the muzzle for this gun. Plopping this attachment to the weapon reduces the vertical recoil and increases the stability of the gun. The bullet velocity also gets a slight boost, thanks to this attachment.
The 9.5″ Duke 30 is my contender for the barrel for the PDWS 528 due to its utility in close counter combat, which lets the player move quickly.

These bullets are excellent in close counter combat; their velocity coming out of the gun will ensure that your enemies are dispatched in as few bullets as possible.

Your primary is something you will rely on; however, if you have a good set of perks and equipment with your loadout, you can do much more damage to your enemies.

I have chosen the X12 as the secondary weapon of choice here because it is a reliable semi-automatic weapon that can help you a lot, especially during close counter combats. This is an excellent weapon to switch to, especially if you do not have time to reload.
For the Base Perk 1, I have gone with a tracker, which is a great perk to have, especially for those players who mostly run and gun. This perk allows you to detect the footprints of your enemies so that you can get the drop on them.

Battle Hardened is my contender for the Base Perk 2, as it is a boon for players who like to be close and upfront to the action. This perk reduces the damage you may take from all sorts of grenades and keeps your head in action.
I have chosen Fast Hands as my Bonus Perk due to its utility for the PDWS 528, a close counter-combat weapon. This perk allows you to reload your weapon faster or switch to another weapon faster than those who do not have this perk activated.
So far as my Ultimate perk goes, I have gone with Quick fix, which allows you to regenerate your health as you go on and dispatch your enemies.
For the Tactical Equipment, Stun Grenade is my choice as it slows down your enemies by, as the name suggests, stunning them, and their aim will also suffer due to this grenade.
Throwing Knife was the obvious pick for a weapon like the PDWS 528 as the Lethal equipment. You can dispatch an enemy by throwing one at them and then retrieving it back from them so that it can be reused.
Finally, for the Field Upgrade, I have gone with Dead Silence, which allows you to get a drop on your enemies by silencing your footsteps.
How To Unlock PDWS 528 In Modern Warfare 2
Like the M4 in Modern Warfare 2, the PDWS is also a starter weapon and is unlocked for use from the multiplayer. So you do not need to put in any elbow grease towards unlocking this weapon.
However, to get this loadout perfectly, you may need to level up, as many of the attachments I have suggested are high-level.
However, if you only want to get a look and feel of the loadout I have suggested or try out any loadouts you have created, you can fire up a private match where you have all the guns, and their respective attachments unlocked for you from the get-go.
