The VEL 46, like its contemporary starter weapons, has an issue with its vertical recoil. To smooth out this problem, I have chosen the Singuard MKV as my muzzle of choice.
This attachment clears any gun issues with the recoil and increases the bullet’s velocity and range. This muzzle also increases the mobility and stability of the VEL46.
The barrel I have chosen here is the Tango 228, which increases the gun range but harms the stability, which is ironed out thanks to the muzzle.

That is why I have chosen the .50 GS as my weapon of choice for the secondary. This semi-automatic pistol with high stats and a good rating can dispatch your enemies quickly, especially if you are in a sticky situation.
Double Time is my recommendation for the Base Perk 1, as it allows you to sprint much longer, which is necessary when you are up close to the action. This perk also buffs your movement while you are crouched.
To keep a steady supply of ammo and throw knives, you should check Scavenger as the base perk 2. This perk allows you to pick up the ammo your dispatched enemies leave behind, so every kill keeps your magazine full.
Being up and close to the action will make you reload more than usual, so I have chosen Fast hands as my choice for the Bonus Perk. This perk increases the speed at which you can reload and also the speed of swapping your weapon.
To keep you well hidden from your enemies’ radar, you should use Ghost as the ultimate perk. This will keep you invisible and undetected through radars and heartbeat sensors.
For the Tactile equipment, I have chosen the Heartbeat sensor as my contender. Thanks to the Ghost Perk, this will allow you to pick up on your enemies while you keep hidden from them.
Throwing Knife is my pick for guns used in close counter combat due to their versatility and retrievability.
During intense action, you may find yourself in a sticky situation where I have chosen Battle Rage as my pick for the Field Upgrade. This perk gives you an adrenaline rush and regenerates your health very quickly.
How to Unlock VEL 46 In Modern Warfare 2

This means they are unlocked to you from the get-go, and you do not need to do much to play with them in multiplayer.
