Kicking off my discussion about the Kastov 762 loadout, the first thing I will add here is the Kastovia 343 as the barrel for this weapon.

With better-aiming speed, precision is also a must which is why the Cronen Mini Red Dot is my contender for the optic of the Kastov 762. This will ensure that your every shot counts and you do not miss and get the kill shot every time.
The FTAC Ripper 56 is the Underbarrel I will be using here due to its utility in improving the weapon’s overall stability, which is a boon when firing at close quarters. The Ivanov ST-70 is the Rear Grip I have added here, which will help with the flinch resistance.
Recoil is one of the worst things you can experience in a weapon, resulting in misfires and missed shots. For this reason, I have added the Kastovia DX90 as the muzzle, marking itself as the last attachment in my Loadout.
This muzzle is going to increase recoil control and bullet velocity, which is going to make the weapon a stable beast.

The Overkill perk is my contender for the base perk 1. This perk will let you equip another primary weapon, preferably a sniper rifle, which will help you at long ranges.
As the base perk 2, Scavenger is my pick, as this perk will enable you to harvest weapons and knives from your dead enemies.
I have chosen Fast Hands as the bonus perk for the Kastov 762, giving you a faster reload time. As the Ultimate Perk, Quick Fix is my pick here as this will quickly start health regain after you kill an enemy.
Stun Grenade will allow you to stun your enemies, which is why this is my pick for the Tactical Upgrade. The Throwing Knives suit the close counter-combat utility of the Kastov 762, which is why it is my pick for the Lethal Upgrade.
Finally, as the Field Upgrade, I have chosen Munition Box, which will allow you to call a box of ammo and equipment to help you and your teammates replenish your supplies.

How To Unlock Kastov 762 In Modern Warfare 2
Unlocking the Kastov 762 is straightforward; you do not need to use any other weapon to unlock it. All you have to do is play the game until you reach military rank 23.
Once you have achieved this rank, the Kastov 762 will be unlocked along with the C4, which is part of your lethal equipment.
